“Running my own business takes a lot out of me. Last thing I would want after a long day in the office is to hit the treadmill for half an hour. Just ten minutes a night on the Power Step and I feel great!! More flexible, less muscle aches, stress free, and my stomach has never been flatter.” Jesse P. Pawtucket, RI
“Using the Power Step twice a day for three weeks helped me to loose 12 lbs. Not only was I lighter on the scale, I felt stronger and for the first time had some true muscle definition.” Christopher N. Moreno Valley, CA
“After having my first child, I wanted to get my figure back as soon as possible. I did one of the sessions from the DVD each day but Sundays for about two months. When I take my little girl to the mall or the park, people don’t even believe she’s my baby. They say, ‘No way could you have just had her two months ago!’” Cassie R. Spring Valley, CA
“Having neuropathy has really limited my ability to exercise. My condition causes my feet to feel almost numb, and has made me feel unstable on my feet. Then not walking, I gained weight, and developed some arthritis in my knees. Plus my bad circulation caused my legs to swell. Since using the Power Step, I have regained some of my balance and stability. I’ve gone from an electric chair to a walker most of the time. My Doctor has even noticed improved leg fluid flow. And as a bonus I have lost almost 20 lbs. in the last six months.” Sharon P Chicago, IL
“When I read that people were paying up to $50 for a twenty minute session with a trainer to use similar machines, I was so glad to find a Power Step Exhibit at our state fair. Since buying one, I have cancelled my gym membership, and invite my friends over for a quick ten-minute workout before we carpool in to work. Five days a week for four months now and we are all looking and feeling are best. Between the three of us, we have lost 4 inches on average from our stomachs of and three dress sizes. Not to mention we have all been at the top of our tennis game for our monthly matches.” Sue H Seattle, WA
"I have a T1 break in my back and was barely able to stand up let alone work out. Since buying the Powerstep Plus 2 years ago my back has been feeling a milion times better and im able to do my walks the way i did before my accident. It has allowed me to work better, feel better, live better." Roger S. (Springfield, IL)
"I have had my Powerstep for a year now. I have lost some weight but thats not the reason i purchased it. I like the way it makes me feel after using it. My muscles seem to be more relaxed and its easier for me to move. I have not been to the chiropractor since i got it and i used to go at least every other month. I use to have trouble sleeping because of the pain in my legs and feet caused by diabetic neuropathy but now i use the Powerstep as i was told and i have not had near as much trouble sleeping." Wayne S. (Wichita, KS)
" I have a foot injury so i cannot work out unless im in a swimming pool. The reason i purchased the Powerstep was because i tried it at the Austin Home and Garden show for about 10 minutes and the next day i was sore. I couldnt believe that such a simple movement would cause my muscles to work so hard. i have been using it for a few months now and the results are stupefying. I still dont understand how or why, but it works and i love how i am feeling." Carl J. (Austin, TX)
"I have read a lot of studies that women use this for fibromyalgia. This caused me to try it with the help of a couple of the Powerstep representatives. I have been using this machine for about a year and a half and i feel as though my FM is cured. In the meantime, i have been working out on the Powerstep and feel like im becoming stronger. Its been a godsend. Thank you guys!" Sherlie M. (Cheyanne, WY) "My husband and I purchased our PSP in February 2010 at a Home Show. We had been looking at another "brand" (more expensive) and liked what we saw and experienced at the show. I started using the machine fairly regularly in the summer of 2010 with my starting weight at 147. I am now at 128 and feel better than I have in a long time. I am 54 (soon to be 55) and I had a two-level spinal fusion in 2001, so my level of exercise is very limited. I am not able to lift over 10# for the rest of my life and to be honest, I feel too good to do anything to jeopardize the surgery (once you've gone thru that kind of surgery you don't want to do it again). I would walk 45 minutes every 4-5 days but after awhile it is monotonous and the weight will stay off as long as you keep up and do it all the time. With the Powerstep Plus, I have lost the weight, increased muscle mass, and have maintained without doing it every day. There may be periods of weeks in between workouts that I don't have the time to fit it in to my day, but I haven't gone backwards. Finally something I can do that is fun, doesn't harm me in any way and actually gets the job done. Thanks for a great product! By the way, we have told numerous friends about this and a couple from California just recently bought one." Al & Barb T. (Wichita, KS) "I feel like I may be one of your biggest advocates. This machine is exactly what I was looking for. I was getting soft, and started not fitting in my clothes anymore. I use the Power Step Plus twice a day, 10 minutes each time. It seems to be what I need to stay firm, and continue staying in my same size." Tracey H. (Lawndale, CA)
